WINGATE
COMPANIES

The Wingate Companies is a leader in developing and managing high quality affordable housing in metropolitan cities across the US.  In 2021, The Whittley Agency led the company’s conceptualization and execution of producing evergreen multimedia collateral centering around the rebranding campaign.  The assets would be the focal point of the company’s onsite and virtual event to highlight the construction of a new property.

The production of the company’s central marketing video centered around the organization’s credo “It’s all about home”.  A key component of the aspirational video was to prominently feature Wingate employees across the country for an authentic storytelling experience emphasizing the brand’s strength within the corporate ranks and among the employees working onsite at each property.

Challenged by the effects of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, WA developed, managed and executed a hybrid event (onsite and virtual) to announce the groundbreaking of Wingate’s City Lights II project in the heart of Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood.  At this event, the marketing video premiere was flanked with a host of community stakeholders and elected officials interviewed by local and national press outlets to highlight Wingate’s successful efforts to build bridges in the community. Simultaneously, a neighborhood service fair with Program Managers from local organizations provided helpful information to residents on services for healthcare, transportation, education, utilities and housing.  The event positioned Wingate as a leader in the Real Estate industry, with a powerful endorsement as a national brand with a strong local presence.
